Progress! - Veni, vidi, bacchavi
I've got an interview lined up with the school I want to get into for the 10th. It's exciting, and worrying. And all of that.
It's a step forward though, and those always make me apprehensive.
Obviously I'll need to get a haircut sometime before then, contemplating if I should wear my suit.
Uhm, that's about all for now, I think, that gives a brief update on that aspect of life. I've continued to underacheive as far as job seeking is concerned, but life is still good. And I'll be making more progress on job apps once I print some CVs off tomorrow.
yes- haircut AND suit. Mandatory. but yays! interview is made out of WIN!

Agree with C, yes to both.
We may also have another suit that may fit you (though it is a little down at heel) and a tie you can have.
I think my pinstripe should be good, but options are always good, and it might be nice to check?
Finding the right -shirt- is really what I'm going to worry about, I suspect I'll be going out to buy a new one.
It'd be great to see you guys sometime if it works for you guys. Maybe dinner somewhere? I could probably even manage my shout.
The New Zealand Graduate School of Education, who give teacher training. I'm applying for Primary teacher trianing. I had a blast teaching kids in China, it'd be nice to be able to do it properly, and get paid enough to get rid of my student loan someday.
Oh right, I always think of school as primary or secondary, but it's use for tertiary is ubiquitous in the US.
Probably file it under "more ways watching too much TV has destroyed Will's ability to communicate with his countrymen"
Nah, I've heard that use in NZ too. I was only confused because I knew you were applying for TColl, so I thought you might have had to apply to a specific primary school at the same time or something.
Good luck at any rate!
Cheers. Next weeks mission is haircut, new dress shirt, and start interviewing like mad.
Wow, I never had to interviews for it! They were scraping the ground for placements though, but it sounds like a messy process. Still, all the best!
Totally interviews for me. I think there's an oversupply of students for any program at the moment.
